Anji BaiCha is a green tea produced in Anji County, Zhejiang Province, China. The young buds picked before Qingming are also known as "Yufeng Tea". The reason it is called "white tea" is that its tea tree is Baiye No.1 (白叶一号), which has typical albino characteristics. In spring, the new buds look slightly green because the temperature is low. The leaves turn white after unfolding, and then return to green, which is why it is named white tea. This tea is a high-grade tea among green tea. It is characterized by white leaves, green veins, a rich fragrance and a mellow taste.
