RouGui, ie Chinese Cinnamon, is a WuYi tea named after its distinct sweet aroma. Its dry tea is dark and firmly curled. Dry RouGui has a rich fruity aroma with a milky undernote which further intensifies when brewed. Its liquor has a bright golden lustre, smooth and mellow in the mouth, rich with layered flavours, and ends with a sweet and lasting finish.
