Lao Cha - Gong Ting (Palace Loose Leaf Ripe Puer). What does Gong Ting mean? First, it was once a tribute tea. The second was because of its quality. Gong Ting (Palace Loose Leaf Ripe Puer) is made from young buds and tender leaves. In ancient times, only the royalty would be qualified to drink a cup of Gong Ting Puer.
