ShouMei White Tea is made from the buds of a tea tree of a vegetable tea variety. High-quality Shoumei has a bright green colour with a bright orange or dark yellow tea liquor. The brewed leaves are even and neat, soft and bright. In the sunlight the leaves have red veins, there's a mellow flavour and fragrance, freshness and purity.
White tea is minimally processed, the main process consists of withering & drying. White tea retains a higher amount of antioxidants than other tea.

Teaware: Purple clay teapot, Porcelain or Glass Utensil
Tea amount: 7g
