TaiPing HouKui is one of the ten most famous teas in China, produced in HuangShan District, AnHui Province (formerly known as Taiping Province), which belongs to the green tea category. It is known as the "crown of pointed tea" in China. It has a peculiar shape in flat, straight and fat leaf buds, with two pointed ends that are not curved and not loose.
The color, aroma, taste, and shape of Tai Ping Hou Kui are all unique: the tea leaves covered with white hairs, which is contained but not exposed. When brewed in a cup, the soup color is clear and green, the leaf base is tender, green, and even. The tea buds and leaves are thick. With an elegant aroma which the tea tastes fresh and mellow with a burst of orchid fragrance, endless aftertaste.
