Product description
GuangGang LaoZhai is the largest connective ancient tea tree estate. The rocky grounds of GuangGang LaoZhai is a mixture of boulders and rock pieces. In the sage of tea - LuYu’s monumental book “The Classic of Tea” first scroll 'Origin of Tea', he recorded his observations in which tea grew the best in rocky soils. Such geology conditions would stun the growth of tea trees, producing tea leaves that are rich in minerals and nutrients along with a relish unique to GuangGang LaoZhai. “ShiGu MiaoXiang” was one of the GuYunHao early spring ancient tree tea that hailed from here. Guanggang Laozhai is located in the mountain range of Hekai, facing NanNuo Mountain. Our tea workshop is also located within GuangGang LaoZhai. The whole tea making process, from plucking, fixation, shaping and drying, is crafted and supervised by experienced Hani masters.

The bright honey butter colour of the tea, the dimensional and distinctive tea texture, the elegant aroma of orchid and rock relish that encases the whole palate are the characteristics of GuangGang LaoZhai ancient tree tea. The sweetness and richness of tea “chi” mingles in the entire mouth, transforming into a mellow and full “chi” with a strong aftertaste. Salivary glands kick in, with a lasting charm. “ShiGu MiaoXiang”(subtile relish of the rocks) allures once the tea slides down the throat.
