Product Description
This 5-Year Aged Xinhui Da Hong Pi is made from fully matured tangerine peels, known for their thicker skin and rich oil glands. After five years of natural aging, the aroma of the peel develops into a deeper and more rounded profile.
With aging, the citrus aroma becomes more mellow and refined, carrying a gentle aged character with a subtle natural sweetness. When brewed, the liquor is bright golden in color, offering a smooth texture with a well-balanced citrus note and a light lingering sweetness.
As the aging progresses, the initial sharpness softens, resulting in a more comforting and well-rounded taste. It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with white tea or Pu-erh tea to enhance depth and complexity.

Brewing Method
Solo Brewing
- Use 3–5g of dried tangerine peel (or a small piece).
- Brew with 95–100°C hot water.
- Rinse quickly for the first infusion (optional).
- Steep for 20–40 seconds per infusion.
- Can be re-steeped multiple times.
Pairing with White Tea / Pu-erh Tea
• Tangerine peel: 1–2g
• Tea leaves: 5g
Brew together to allow the citrus aroma to धीरे blend into the tea, enhancing the body and adding more layers of flavor.
