The Oolong tea area of Da Yu Ling is located in the He Huang Mountain in Taiwan, and the high mountain oolong tea produced there has a mellow taste with fragrant aroma, which is recognized as the top high mountain tea in Taiwan. It’s fragrance is refreshing and delicate in the mouth, the taste is smooth and full of rhythm and layers, with a mouthful scent.

Teaware: Purple Clay, Porcelain or Glass Utensil
Amount of tea: 7.5g
Water temperature: 85°C - 95°C
Awaken tea: Once or None
Steep time: 12 seconds (Can adjust the amount of tea leaf and length of steeping)
