Lian Hua Feng Da Hong Pao originates from the core rock tea region of Lian Hua Feng 莲花峰 in the Wuyi Mountains, Fujian. The area is known for its steep rocky cliffs, mineral-rich soil, frequent mist, and distinct day–night temperature differences—ideal natural conditions for cultivating high-quality Wuyi rock tea.

Made from premium Da Hong Pao tea cultivars, often from semi-wild or old tea bushes, this tea is crafted using traditional Wuyi rock tea techniques, fully expressing the classic character of “rock essence and floral aroma.”

Key Characteristics:

  • Aroma: A harmonious blend of roasted notes and floral-fruity fragrance, deep and refined

  • Taste: Smooth, full-bodied, and mellow, with a pronounced mineral “yan yun” (rock rhyme) and a long-lasting sweet aftertaste

  • Liquor: Bright, clear orange-red

  • Leaf Infusion: Soft, glossy, well-balanced leaves with excellent re-steeping ability
