3-Year Aged Xinhui Dried Tangerine Peel (Er Hong Pi)
Product Description
This 3-Year Aged Xinhui Er Hong Pi is made from tangerine peels harvested at an optimal level of maturity. The peel is relatively thick with well-developed oil glands, offering a fresh citrus aroma with a naturally sweet undertone.
After three years of natural aging, the citrus notes become softer and more balanced, while the initial bitterness is reduced, resulting in a smoother and more approachable taste. When brewed, the liquor is clear and bright, with a noticeable citrus fragrance, हल्का fruity sweetness, and a refreshing character.
Er Hong Pi is suitable for solo brewing and also pairs well with tea leaves such as white tea or Pu-erh, enhancing the aroma and adding a refreshing layer to the tea.

Brewing Method
Solo Brewing

Use 3–5g of dried tangerine peel (or a small piece).

Brew with 95–100°C hot water.

Rinse quickly for the first infusion (optional).

Steep for 20–40 seconds per infusion.

Can be re-steeped multiple times.
Pairing with White Tea / Pu-erh Tea
• Tangerine peel: 1–2g
• Tea leaves: 5g
Brew together to allow the citrus aroma to blend into the tea, creating a more refreshing and layered taste.
