Li Shan Cha is a famous oolong tea mountain in Taiwan, Li Shan is located at an altitude of 2,600 meters in the mountainous area, which is the highest altitude alpine tea producing area in Taiwan. Tea liquor color is tender green & bright, the taste is sweet with solid aroma, not bitter & astringent, the aroma is lingering after drinking, & the aftertaste is sweet & luscious.

Water temperature: 85°C - 95°C

Steep time: 12 seconds (Can adjust the amount of tea leaf and length of steeping)
